Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I place an order?

- To place an order or get a quote, please fill out an inquiry form under “Get a Quote”.

2. How far in advance do I need to place an order?

- We need at least 1-2 weeks in advance. The sooner, the better! 

​

3. Is a retainer required?

- A 50% retainer is due upon ordering. Retainers secure your order and are NOT refundable.

Other remaining half is due 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery.

4. Where is pickup? Delivery?

- Pickup is in Anaheim by Angel Stadium. Delivery is available in Southern California for an additional fee (starts at $15).

5. Is your kitchen nut free?

- No, our kitchen is NOT nut free. Please let us know if you have any allergies when ordering.

6. What type of payments do you accept?

- We take debit/credit cards using Square. Cash is accepted as well at pop up events ONLY.

​

7. How should I consume & store my dessert jars?

Cake Jars: Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Eat at room temperature.

​

Banana Pudding Jars: Store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Eat chilled.

*To prevent our dessert jars from melting through the duration of our markets, all jars are chilled upon purchase."

Custom Order Policy & Refunds

Custom Order Policy

  • 50% retainer is required to book any custom order. Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. If not paid in full upon ordering, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to pickup.

  • Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance to receive 50% of your entire order back/keep for credit. Notices less than 2 weeks will not be refundable.

  • Full list of policies will be emailed in a contract upon placing an order.

Refund Policy

At Jar'd Up by CK, we take pride in the quality of our baked goods and service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are unsatisfied with your order and are seeking a resolution in good faith, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We are happy to address concerns when brought to us promptly and respectfully.

Refund requests, if considered, must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the transaction and must include your original receipt.

We will never make verbal arrangements for refunds or entertain requests made outside of this process.
